Once upon a time — not in a distant kingdom, but in a land of coffee cups, group texts, and people trying very hard to become better humans — there lived a woman named Kim and a man named Troy. Kim was known across the realm of Hustle Recovery as a fierce protector of the hopeful, a wrangler of chaos, and a woman capable of solving 47 crises before breakfast. She possessed three magical powers: 1. The ability to help hurting people feel safe.2. An alarming contagious laugh that rings through the 7 kingdoms.3. A very specific facial expression that could silence a room of grown men instantly when she is adopting something with fur. Kim noticed two things about Troy immediately.1- He was handsome.2. He was going to require supervision. Kim began supervising, even though Troy was technically the boss. Together they started building, planning, growing, laughing (a lot) and falling madly in love. After an appropriate amount of time (according to Troy) or an offensive amount of waiting and dropping hints (according to Kim) Troy began the task of trying to surprise Kim with a proposal. There were planes, cars, disappearing waterfalls, and 2 wheels skidding onto a gravel road when Kim saw a river she wanted to put her feet in. That moment- Troy surrendered his idea and saw the perfection of the scenery and he got down on one knee. The days that followed are a blur of planning, working, laughing and loving while caring for patients, employees, 27 goats and a little cow with BIG hair. You do not want to miss this union, this day, this love story, her laugh, or his smile. it will absolutely be an evening to remember.
